Union bank wins ITF award for human capital development

The industrial coaching Fund of Nigeria, ITF has introduced Union financial institution of  Nigeria, UBN percentthe ‘pleasant Contributing corporation in Human  resources’ for the 12 months 2015.

Reacting to the award, executive Director and Chief danger Officer, Union financial institution, Kandolo Kasongo, stated: “Union bank began its transformation drive three years ago and an imperative a part of that transformation is looking after our humans.  Coaching is surely a central a part of the health of the workers  of any institution and for that reason, we be certain to invest quite a bit in the  progress of our folks so it is nice to be well-known for the hassle  we put in.”

additionally speakme on the award, govt Director and Chief economic Officer, Union bank, Oyinkansade Adewale said: “We appreciate ITF immensely for this honour. That is indeed evidence  that the financial institution’s transformation is working. Most of the time, when the economic system  gets tough, employers are quick to discontinue training, but that is not  what we do right here at Union financial institution due to the fact that we believe that the human capital  of the financial institution is the backbone of our success.”
